What is the data retention period?
We keep your metrics for one year. After this time, we only keep the learning model of your data, which describes your metrics’ behaviors and patterns.

How quickly does the system work?
This depends on the plan you choose. The Basic plan will find anomalies within 10 seconds maximum. From the Advanced plan up this becomes 1 second maximum. Some complex detection might require gathering data for 5 seconds before checking for an anomaly. In this case, the detection will take 5 seconds extra.
Over quota?
Not to worry. We will send you a friendly reminder asking you to remove some metrics or upgrade to a new plan. If you’re still over quota after a week, we will automatically upgrade your account.
Can I use my own infrastructure?
Drop us an email; we can install Anomaly in your organization. We will set up a cluster for you, then monitor and manage it on your own infrastructure.
Are these the only plans?
We are pretty flexible. Send us an email telling us what you need, and we will try our best to make you happy. We usually respond in a matter of hours.
